Alpha Fleet Emergency Services Department
Alpha Fleet Emergency Services was developed in early 2385 as a means for the United Federation of Planets to handle any major civilian situation that could arise, especially during a new time of galactic peace and rebuilding. This large Federation department will feature several divisions under its umbrella including, but not limited to, three major divisions that can handle most of the prescribed needs of Federation Member Planets and Allies during disaster situations. Other needs for this Department include infrastructure rebuilding projects, merchant marine rescue and general protection of civilian populations at home and abroad.

Primary responsibilities include:
- The Department Head may recruit and assign his/her own Deputy Director within his/her own department, but needs to be affirmed by the CinC, DCinC, or assigned Committee.
- Must provide Guidance and Leadership to the three Divisions within his/her Department.
- Must collect and organize the Division reports and then present a Department Report to the CinC, DCinC, or assigned committee.
- Handles all disciplinary issues that arise within the Divisions, before having them escalate to the admiralty's attention.
- Assists Division heads with plots, ideas, suggestions, and any other aspects deemed reasonable for their divisions.
- Help coordinate Inter-agency activities, Fleet activities, and perhaps mediates Joint Missions.
- The position of Director is up for review every three months, at which time the CinC and DCinC, or assigned committee will review that individuals achievements and accomplishments. If this review does not reveal positive results, that individual may be subject for removal.

Starfleet Search and Rescue Operations (SSAR)
Starfleet Corps of Engineers (SCE)

These three divisions will be placed throughout Alpha Fleet and located at the various Planetary Installations, Star Bases, and Star Ships across the Alpha and Beta Quadrants and beyond based on need and desire.
